AppD Europe 2017

AppDynamics, an application performance management and IT operations company (recently purchased by Cisco) approached Incredible Management to produce all elements of their first European Conference to be held in London at the InterContinental Hotel, O2.

Incredible Management were given a very fast deadline to develop a bespoke registration to market the event and for delegates to sign up and pay for a range of training taking place on Day 2 of the conference.  We then worked closely with both the UK and US teams on the conference look and feel, designing a full creative journey from the train station right through registration, into breakouts, through the Expo and App Bar and into the main keynote.  A multi layered, wide screen LED format for main keynote delivered high impact messaging and guests were scanned into breakout sessions and tracked by sponsors at the Expo enabling real time data to be downloaded and messaging pushed to delegates throughout the conference.

An evening function allowed networking opportunities for both sponsors and delegates.  Day 2 brought about seven all day in depth training sessions including exams for those brave enough!

The conference was a huge success and feedback very positive from both UK and US internal teams and delegate feedback.  We look forward to continuing the journey with AppDynamics as we plan ahead for 2018.

ASOS Assembles Part 1

In January, ASOS; the global online fashion destination for 20-somethings, contacted Incredible Management in need of support for a global conference in March. Bringing all 2,000 of their current employees together to celebrate growth, brand vision & values and discuss the future, Incredible Management were asked to work on content presentations, ensuring alignment and a clear message was received by the audience attending.

Incredible Management met and worked closely together with senior management, brand, finance, HR and technology departments (encouraging live demos on stage to showcase new app developments in the future).  A graphic designer supported on presentation style to ensure consistency.  As always with content, presentations went up to the wire and the last minute add of a fashion show featuring their most popular online models inserted into the running of the conference.

Staff scored 85% on messaging and content being clear.  ASOS part II is in progress for 2018 and we look forward to working with the team again, developing interactive ideas to communicate the growth of their global brand to their internal staff and partners.

AkzoNobel 2016 Leadership Conference

AkzoNobel, a leading global paints, speciality and coatings company approached Incredible Management to produce their 2016 Leadership Conference in Amsterdam.

AkzoNobel wanted this conference to be completely different to what had been produced previously with a focus on digital, innovation and future strategies. The conference was to span over three days and include a main keynote, breakouts, a community project, evening events with entertainment and a host of speakers.

Incredible Management branded the hotel with AkzoNobel product for an immersive brand experience for employees and designed and built three large product light boxes for the conference that now feature in their new Amsterdam offices.

Conference highlights include delegates being whisked away on a canal boat to the magnificent Beurs Van Berlage (former Amsterdam stock exchange) for a celebratory awards dinner with unique entertainment and a community activity where 40 benches, 22 flower boxes and 18 murals were painted by delegates and delivered the following morning to local charities all over Amsterdam.

The conference welcomed four distinguished speakers and sought to gain as much interactive feedback from delegates as possible with the bespoke conference app that was developed.

AkzoNobel 2016 Leadership Conference was a huge success and the start of what we hope will be a continued partnership.

Airbnb Open

Incredible Management partnered with Authentic Agency to produce the Airbnb Open 2015 in Paris, currently Airbnb’s biggest market. For Airbnb, this was the first time that they had hosted outside of the United States, so it made it an even more exciting project for all of us!

Airbnb wanted to create a 'campus feel' so that each breakout had a different setting. The Parc de la Villette was perfect as it is a huge venue with buildings of different shapes and sizes spread across a park.

At the very heart of the venue sits the Grande Halle, where hosts from all over the world gathered for meals and met one another to share their experiences. We created an environment that reflected different countries from across the world. We particularly liked the dressed scaffolding which replicated the Golden Gate Bridge and a Chinese temple, while the infamous Airbnb Logo, christened the ‘Belo’, hung at the heart of the room.

After three weeks of our team battling the elements on the Prairie, the magnificent Keynote tent was ready! Here, thousands of hosts gathered to listen to the Founders and guests speak about the world’s leading community-driven hospitality company.

It was really great to be given the opportunity to partner with Authentic on such a great project in a wonderful city!

Disney at the Nuremberg Toy Fair

In February, we produced a magical environment for The Walt Disney Company at the world famous Nuremberg Toy Fair. While Disney’s presence as a company is well covered through its licensees, the Disney Franchise team wanted to showcase its array of brands in a lounge setting, so that participants felt truly immersed in Disney.
