Royal Caribbean Launch, Quantum of the Seas
Royal Caribbean engaged with incredible Management once again to assist with a cruise ship launch in October. Quantum of the Seas was having a media and press event in Southampton docks before sailing to New York for it’s official naming ceremony. Incredible Management were asked to create an experience for guests in the City Terminal to embrace and showcase new features of the ship. Our client wanted the experience to commence on arrival to the Terminal Building and continue through until boarding the ship.
Incredible Management branded the outside and inner windows of the City Terminal with a spectacular new feature of the ship, Two70. We showcased the day images on the windows and placed a 19m backdrop with the night-time theatrical images as guests entered the terminal. Throughout the terminal, we continued to showcase various highlights on board Quantum of the Seas, using unique electro static clings and opaque skinz. Over 140 metres of graphics were installed.
The client has asked us back to support on Anthem of the Seas in 2015 which is being officially named in Southampton so we can’t wait to begin work on this in the New Year!
Salesforce European Tour and Dreamforce USA & Europe
Salesforce approached us to manage their top tier conferences and events in such a way as to reflect both the organisational and technological prowess of one of the world’s leading software and cloud computing companies; while at the same time ensuring that the brand’s service story remain easy to read, exciting and, in some sense, epic.
All about presentation, the series of Dreamforce and Salesforce conferences involved managing tens of thousands of delegates, producing all keynote product and application aspects, facilitating demonstrations and enabling CEO and COO itineraries. Big, in your face and of the moment, these are more than fast paced events. They are highly technical and require a super steady hand in the show control department.
Saleforce’s live conference push has seen significant returns in their profit pipeline. We are fortunate to remain one of its number one live events producers.
IHG Voco Launch
Five years since working with IHG, we were invited to pitch on an event launch for a new hotel brand. Incredible Management were successful in the pitch and briefed on Voco, the new hotel brand and its upcoming launch event specifically targeting press and potential owners. With just five weeks to locate a venue, produce and source assets to showcase the new portfolio that is Voco, there was a lot to do! Incredible Management suggested the beautiful white space that is Saatchi Gallery for the event, a blank canvas to tell the Voco story, work began on creating assets including a 3m x 4.5m library of Voco books, a bedroom, bathroom, bar area and design cabinets showcasing the new brand. The event was a huge success with potential licences from new owners following this impactful launch.
Cocina Libre, London
Cocina Libre was a unique event designed to celebrate the opening of the new Ceviche Old Street restaurant, by inviting neighbours and friends to the site for a ceviche making master class. The aim was to show them what Ceviche do and how they do it, whilst having fun and getting creative with food before the restaurant opens its doors later this year. Guests were able to experience the venue in a particularly special way as they had first glimpse of the building before the restaurant ‘fit out’ begun. The soon to be completed restaurant is the former home to the Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms, a venue rich in culinary history.
Cocina Libre combined chefs from the Peruvian restaurant assisting guests in creating their very own ceviche dish of which the best of which will feature on the menu at the new restaurant. There was also a delicious juice bar, a gallery of creative art pieces and live music, played by renowned Peruvian DJ Natty Bo on original 78s.
Incredible Management worked with the Ceviche team on registration, guest flow and logistics, health and safety, and supplying the various amenities required in order to run the event in a building site! Projection was showcased on each of the internal walls and ambient lighting throughout the space. In as little as four hours, registration sold out and over 300 people attended the event - a truly fantastic turnout for this wonderful culinary experience!
Ceviche is an award-winning restaurant in Soho and founder Martin Morales has since opened Andina in Shoreditch. Ceviche Old Street will open in March 2015.
Disney at the Nuremberg Toy Fair
In February, we produced a magical environment for The Walt Disney Company at the world famous Nuremberg Toy Fair. While Disney’s presence as a company is well covered through its licensees, the Disney Franchise team wanted to showcase its array of brands in a lounge setting, so that participants felt truly immersed in Disney.
