Incredible Management partnered with Authentic Agency to produce the Airbnb Open 2015 in Paris, currently Airbnb’s biggest market. For Airbnb, this was the first time that they had hosted outside of the United States, so it made it an even more exciting project for all of us!
Airbnb wanted to create a 'campus feel' so that each breakout had a different setting. The Parc de la Villette was perfect as it is a huge venue with buildings of different shapes and sizes spread across a park.
At the very heart of the venue sits the Grande Halle, where hosts from all over the world gathered for meals and met one another to share their experiences. We created an environment that reflected different countries from across the world. We particularly liked the dressed scaffolding which replicated the Golden Gate Bridge and a Chinese temple, while the infamous Airbnb Logo, christened the ‘Belo’, hung at the heart of the room.
After three weeks of our team battling the elements on the Prairie, the magnificent Keynote tent was ready! Here, thousands of hosts gathered to listen to the Founders and guests speak about the world’s leading community-driven hospitality company.
It was really great to be given the opportunity to partner with Authentic on such a great project in a wonderful city!
