Incredible Management began in 2003 while Kathleen Gearhart-Filmer was still Director of Entertainment for the Walt Disney Company. Over seven years, Kathleen managed an internal team as well as agencies across Europe, Middle East and Africa to support Disney’s promotional events. Here, Kathleen saw the efficiency of keeping a core team focused on strategy and brand, while engaging with freelance talent and third party suppliers to deliver the magic. This is what drove the vision of Incredible Management and the network of talented designers, technicians and creators that has been steadily growing for over 25 years.
