Incredible Management devised a ‘give voice’ programme, a day of interactive discussions, workshops and feedback sessions for staff during a huge relocation of offices. Enormously moving, honest and sometimes highly charged, the day resulted in two things: Macmillan retained a number of key staff and the company’s openhearted approach was and continues to be deeply appreciated by all staff.
